Cave Lakes Canyon Ranch is 5 scenic miles North of Kanab, Utah and 25 minutes south east of Zion National Park, fronting the famous US 89 on its East boundary.

Cave Lakes features 1368 +/- acres of Southern Utah’s most breathe taking property. 
It has a 2 ¼ mile private secluded canyon, with 200 +/- ft. Red Sandstone Canyon walls which divide its North and South residential 5 and 9 acre equestrian themed lots.  The canyon floor consists of approximately 150 acres, which has 110 springs that feed (7) man made lakes that are stocked with Large Mouth Bass

800 tons of Red Sandstone boulders were imported to build these lakes. Each lake flows from one to the next, featuring several gorgeous waterfalls.  This canyon also features many dry caves and three caves with lakes, thus giving our property its name.  It also features three residences; (1) large house which is approximately 3000 sq. ft., a smaller1500 sq. ft. guest house, and a small one room rock house (antique) .  The two main habitations been completely remodeled. These houses have views of the top four lakes and waterfalls.
